Rohs Opera House

One night I was all alone cleaning the theatre after the movies were over, and my aunt was next door doing her lawyer business. I was upstairs cleaning the bathrooms, and was walking toward the balcony when I heard something DOWNSTAIRS. I don't know if it was coming from the stage area or the bathrooms downstairs, but I took off like a bat out of hell, running out of the building through both sets of double doors and onto the sidewalk. I then walked next door and told my aunt I was not going back in there alone ever again :(

While sitting in the front row by the stage we could hear whistling coming from the balcony and we had the entire building to ourselves for an investigation. There was nobody else in there and it freaked us out.

May 2023

While working sound for a play at ROHS one night during practice I heard whistling and didn't think anything about it thought it may be someone under the balcony or in the seats. Thinking it was nothing i didn't mention it to anyone. The next night before a performance our director came up and started talking to the light guy and i about the ROHS ghosts as she talked she mentioned the whistler and how he is always seen in that top hallway or on the balcony. Also during a performance of the same play the sound guy and i both without talking would look back at the balcony door at the same time later finding out that we both thought someone was opening that door we both did this multiple times
