This Gothic Revival mansion dates back to 1851 and is considered one of the largest of this type of architecture in all of Kentucky. The mansion is rumored to be haunted by two women, both dressed in Victorian style clothing. One spirit has been spotted in the western part of the mansion, and the other in the formal dining room. A mysterious black cat has also been spotted throughout the mansion. Witnesses have claimed to detect the scent of floral perfume in one of the rooms upstairs and have heard the sound of old-fashioned music and voices.
