This road is rumored to be haunted by a phantom police officer who drives a police car from the 1950s. Stories say that he pulls you over late at night. Many believe the ghost is that of a cop who was hit by a car and killed here while making a traffic stop in the 1950s. Some reports say this story is just a rumor, and that a cop never even died here during that time period.

I drove under this bridge when all of a sudden I was being pulled over by a very old cop car. When this happened it was like 11 o’clock at night I had watched the figure which I thought was a man walk up to my window seeming to knock I heard it but when I looked over there was nothing there and the car was gone. I would not recommend trying this it is a very heart stopping experience.

I went yesterday and got nothing so I talked to a sargeant in Erlanger who got me in touch with a woman whose dad was a permanent figure in the community in the 60s and after talking to someone with the historical society there is no record of any police getting killed on that road in the 50s or 60s. Sorry to disappoint but totally fake reports
