Nightmare Run is Louisville's original Ghost Run — a clue-solving haunted scavenger hunt you play from your own car, and your ticket includes free admission to TWO of the area's best haunted attractions.

Gather your crew, pick up a randomly assigned route at the start gate, and follow a series of rhyming, twisted, often funny clues down back roads and dark country stretches you never knew existed. Every turn is a puzzle. Get it right and the next clue confirms it. Get it wrong and, well… that's half the fun. Both routes lead you to a haunted house, and both haunts are already paid for — making Nightmare Run a better value than simply buying tickets to the two haunts on their own.

Ghost Runs started right here in Louisville over 40 years ago. Nightmare Run brings that retro format back, built by haunt veterans with over 40 years of Halloween entertainment experience between them. Four different routes keep cars from following each other, route answers are posted online so you're never truly lost, and everyone 18+ in your vehicle is eligible for prizes.
